We just entered the Gibbous phase of the lunar cycle. A very yin, feminine, reflective phase that allows us to transition to the second half of the cycle before the Full Moon at 28° of Aries coming on Wednesday 20th October at 4:56 PM CET.
We’re invited to an introspection before the blossoming of the Full Moon. What can we refine, modify, rectify? It’s an internal, subjective and very personal process that can be supported by the feedback that we received since we set our intentions at the New Moon. Did we notice any change in the way we relate to our friends and family, to our body? Did we receive any message from the Universe? Did any “coincidence” or “synchronicity” confirm that we are on the right track?

The Gibbous Moon Phase has an energy similar to the Virgoan archetype, a humble spirit, the awareness that things can be improved, a desire and drive for perfection. It gives us the opportunity to distinguish precisely what really serves us in order to constantly improve ourselves.
We just spent 2,5 days with the Moon transiting Pisces, emotional and sensitive, potentially slowing us down, blurring our plans, questioning our decisions, losing faith and trust in ourselves. That was definitely not a time to bring our plans further, but rather to rest and maybe escape from all responsibilities for some of us.
However, the Moon just entered the sign of Aries where it will stay until the Full Moon. It’s bringing a new motivation, a fresh energy and the will to go forward again. On top of that, Pluto, Saturn and Jupiter have already turned direct and those giants will definitely make things move forward again, accelerating the rhythm of changes that will take place.
We’re also in the last moments of the Mercury retrograde that hit many of us quite hard (I’m wondering if Mark Zuckerberg has any interest in astrology right now, if you know what I mean), and it will finish its way back by opposing the Moon, pulling energies between Aries and Libra… We’ll certainly have to play and balance between what we emotionally want to do or say, and what is intellectually and socially accepted. Be mindful of potential conflicts when expressing your needs in a too self-centred way and try to moderate your actions by reasoning with a fair mind.
You can start preparing yourself during the next 2 days for the Full Moon coming up. The Moon in Aries is the most active Moon spiritually, so let’s use this energy to bring our plans forward and face our challenges with courage. Still, be mindful and don’t overdo it, respect your body and spare your energy. We will soon enter the season of the eclipses (in November), with Mars entering the sign of Scorpio and that’s gonna be a rodeo my dears! So for now preserve yourself, rest when you need it and try to find some balance in your efforts. We’ll deal later with the rest!
With love.
