We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work—including your statutory rights in the EU/UK.
1) Quick Summary
1. 30-day store return window from delivery for most items (unused, in original packaging).
2. EU/UK consumers: also have a 14-day right of withdrawal (no reason needed) - see §7.
3. Who pays return postage?
- Change-of-mind / size & color: you pay return shipping.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we pay (prepaid label where available).
4. Refunds go your original payment method. We refund the product price and, where required by law, the standard outbound shipping. Expedited shipping isn't refunded.
2) Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Include your order number or receipt.
If an item shows signs of wear, damage, odors, or missing parts, we may refuse the return or apply a reasonable deduction for diminished value.
3) How to Start a Return

- If approved, we’ll send instructions and—where applicable—a prepaid label.
- Ship-back deadline: please dispatch the parcel within 14 days of our approval.
- Parcels sent back without prior approval may be refused
4) Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days if something is wrong.
- Include photos of the product and packaging.
- We’ll replace, repair, or refund as appropriate and cover return shipping where required.
- If a direct replacement is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or refund.
5) Exchanges
Fastest route: return the item and place a new order for the replacement.
If you prefer a direct exchange (same item, different size/color) and stock allows, email us—additional shipping may apply.
6) Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Custom/personalized products (made to your specifications).
- Gift cards.
- Digital downloads.
- For hygiene/health-protection reasons, sealed items that were unsealed after delivery (only if we sell such categories).
EU/UK note: Exclusions apply only where permitted by law (e.g., custom goods; unsealed hygiene items). Discounted/sale items are generally returnable under the 14-day right of withdrawal (§7).
7) EU/UK Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If your order was delivered in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
How to withdraw: email contact@gamlahealing.com with your order number and a clear statement of withdrawal, or use the model form below.
Effects of withdrawal:
- We will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost (if any). Expedited delivery costs are not refunded.
- You must send back the goods no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of withdrawal.
- You bear the cost of return shipping, unless we supplied a defective/incorrect item.
- We may deduct for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
When we refund: within 14 days from your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return shipment (whichever is earlier).

8) Refunds & Timing
- We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return.
- If approved, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval (banks/issuers may take longer to post).
- If we provided a prepaid label for a change-of-mind return, we may deduct the label cost from your refund (we’ll disclose the amount during the return process).
- Original shipping fees: refunded where required by law (e.g., EU/UK standard method), otherwise not. Expedited/express surcharges aren’t refunded.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you don’t see the refund, contact us at contact@gamlahealing.com.
9) Lost/Undeliverable Parcels & Address Issues
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed pickup, we can reship (additional postage applies) or refund the item price minus shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless legally required.
10) International Returns (outside Germany)
- Use a tracked postal or courier service.
- Mark the parcel “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
- We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD).
- Unless the return is due to our error, you’re responsible for any return duties/taxes.
11) Risk in Transit
You are responsible for the goods until they reach us. Please pack items securely and retain your proof of postage and tracking number.
12) Print-on-Demand & Quality Issues (if applicable)
For made-to-order items (e.g., print-on-demand), manufacturing defects or misprints will be replaced or refunded at our cost. Please email photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
