My path to holistic practice

Professional Practice — Astrology Readings
2017–Present
Since 2017, I've offered professional astrology readings, applying evolutionary astrology and Sabian Symbols to help clients understand their charts and the purpose of their soul with clarity.
Psychology — Bachelor's Degree (In Progress)
2021–Expected Summer 2027 — Université Toulouse Jean Jaurès (SED, Distance Learning)
I'm currently completing my Bachelor's in Psychology through Toulouse Jean Jaurès's distance-learning program, having validated the first two years (clinical, cognitive, developmental, and social psychology, alongside research methodology) in 2021–2022. Expected completion: summer 2027. This academic training deepens the clinical and psychological grounding I bring into every session.
Clinical Practice — Praxis "Körper & Psyche," Berlin
Summer 2024–Early 2026 — Practicing Heilpraktiker
Following my certification, I practiced as a Heilpraktiker at Praxis "Körper & Psyche" in Berlin, offering holistic healing sessions to clients — with a focus on massage and energy balancing work.
Vipassana — 10-Day Silent Meditation Retreat
February 2025
I completed a 10-day Vipassana retreat, following the traditional silent meditation technique in the lineage of S.N. Goenka — more than 10 hours of daily seated meditation in complete silence, without speech, writing, reading, or eye contact.
Heilpraktiker — German State-Certified Practitioner
2021–2024 — Paracelsus Heilpraktikerschule, Berlin
I trained for three years at the Paracelsus Heilpraktikerschule in Berlin — the city's first Heilpraktiker school, founded in 1976, and today the largest network of natural-medicine schools in Europe. The curriculum covered diagnostics, pathology, and the foundations of complementary medicine required to practice legally and responsibly alongside conventional healthcare.
Within this training, I specialized further in three classical naturopathic disciplines:
- Acupuncture — the traditional Chinese medicine practice of placing fine needles along the body's meridians to restore the free flow of Qi, addressing both physical symptoms and the deeper imbalances behind them.
- Reflexzonentherapie (Reflexology) — working through the reflex zones of the feet and hands, each mapped to an organ or system in the body, to release tension, improve circulation, and awaken the body's own capacity to heal.
- Homeopathy — a gentle, individualized form of medicine built on the principle that the right remedy, matched precisely to the person and their symptoms, can activate the body's own healing intelligence rather than override it.
In June 2024, I received my official Heilpraktiker license — Erlaubnis zur berufsmäßigen Ausübung der Heilkunde ohne Bestallung — granted by the Bezirksamt Lichtenberg Gesundheitsamt in Berlin under §1 of the German Heilpraktikergesetz (1939). This state certification authorizes me to practice healing arts professionally in Germany.
Energetic Healing — From Reiki to My Own Practice
2017–Present
I trained and became certified as a Reiki Master, working with the Japanese practice of channeling universal life-force energy through the hands. Over time, this evolved into something more personal: today, I practice energy healing in my own way, through channeling and prayer — carrying forward the same intention Reiki first taught me, but no longer bound to its specific form, with which I don't resonate anymore.
Breathwork — Certified Facilitator Training
2021–2022 — Spirit of Breath Collective, Berlin (6 months)
I trained as a certified breathwork facilitator with Spirit of Breath Collective in Berlin — a trauma-informed program registered with the Global Breathwork Practitioner Alliance (GBPA). The training grounded me in Conscious Connected Breathwork, nervous-system awareness, and safe, ethical space-holding.
Astrology & Esoteric Studies — Foundations of the Craft
2016–2021 — Independent Study & Mentorship
Between 2016 and 2021, I immersed myself deeper in astrology and esoteric practices — drawing (among many others) on the teachings of Maïlé Kalokura (Kalokura Astrology, blending shamanic and evolutionary astrology) and Timothy Halloran (evolutionary astrologer, Rasa Lila Healing), alongside years of independent study and daily practice.
Shiatsu — Zen Shiatsu Foundation Training
July 2020 — Berliner Schule für Zen Shiatsu, Berlin
I completed the Shiatsu Foundation Training at the Berliner Schule für Zen Shiatsu, following the Zen Shiatsu tradition developed by Shizuto Masunaga. This method works along the body's meridians using sustained finger and palm pressure to locate and release areas of energetic imbalance, rather than treating isolated points.
Thai Massage — Certified Thai Masseur
2018–2019 — International Training Massage School (ITM), Berlin
I trained in traditional Thai massage at the International Training Massage School in Berlin, certified under the authorization of the Thai Ministry of Education and the Thai Ministry of Public Health, in:
- Nuad Bo-Rarn Thai Massage — combining assisted stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic compression to release tension and restore energetic flow through the body's Sen lines.
- Thai Chair Massage, Lanna Style — a seated, clothed technique rooted in Northern Thailand's Lanna tradition.
Professional Career — Engineering, Data & Business Intelligence
2014–Present — Corporate Engineering & Business Intelligence
Since 2014, I've worked across a range of organizations — from small startups to large industrial groups — as an engineer, eventually specializing in Business Intelligence and data analysis. For roughly four years, I served as a Business Intelligence Manager, translating complex data into decisions and building the systems that let organizations see their own patterns clearly.
International Business — Leadership in a Global Context
2013–2015 — INSEEC London (now OMNES Education) — MBA - Master in International Business Development
After my engineering studies, I moved to London to complete an MBA (Master's in International Business Development) at INSEEC, training executives to operate in complex, multicultural, multilingual environments across major global markets — Africa, China, Europe, Russia, and Japan.
Engineering & Environmental Science — The Foundation
2008–2013 — France, Italy & Switzerland
- 2008–2009 — Classes Préparatoires ("Math Sup"), France: intensive and high level preparatory coursework in mathematics, chemistry and physics.
- 2009–2013 — IMT Mines Albi-Carmaux, France: general engineering degree specializing in environmental engineering — waste management, water and air treatment, renewable energy, and sustainable development.
- 2012 — Politecnico di Milano, Italy (Erasmus Exchange): six-month exchange in chemical and environmental engineering, focused on climate change mitigation, protection of the environment and green chemistry.
- 2013 — CREM, Martigny, Switzerland (Master's Thesis): final research thesis at a research center specialized in urban energy systems and renewable energy deployment.
